School districts and education employers across all of Texas are urgently hiring for critical shortage teaching areas for the upcoming academic year. This statewide virtual job fair connects candidates with public, private, charter, magnet, and specialized schools seeking to fill high‑need roles in:

• Special Education (SPED)
• Bilingual/ESL
• Math (Middle & High School)
• Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
• Career & Technical Education (CTE)
• World Languages (Spanish, ASL, French, etc.)
• Early Childhood & Elementary (high‑need campuses)
• Rural and hard‑to‑staff schools statewide

Districts from every region of Texas—including the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, Greater Houston, Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, Corpus Christi, Lubbock, Amarillo, Waco, Killeen, McAllen, Brownsville, and the Rio Grande Valley—will be present.
