Full Time (> 32 hrs per week) [01] M-F, 7:30-3:30 Springfield, VA and throughout the state of VAJob DetailsRivermont Autism Program - Special Education Teacher The Rivermont Autism Program Special Education Teacher provides academic instruction in the Rivermont Autism Program. Educational Requirements: BS degree and current certification or eligible for certification bythe Virginia Department of Education with endorsement in either special education general or adaptive curriculum,
Three years teaching experience with children and/or adolescents and endorsed in special education is preferred.
Virginia Department of Education License or license eligible.Must complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Training (approximately 40 hours) within the first 30 calendar days of employment. If a Centra BCBA or BCaBA is able to provide supervision & oversight, the candidate may obtain the full RBT credential, however this is not required
