Summary
Live on a beautiful college campus this summer and help make a difference in the lives of gifted high school students from around the world. Our national pre-college summer Program Instructors provide students with a one-of-a-kind, supportive and substantive learning opportunity: the opportunity to study one of nine different courses for two weeks on a real college campus. Program Instructors teach one course for a minimum of five hours per day, four days per week. In addition to being responsible for all day-to-day class functions, Program Instructors also live in residence halls alongside the students and participate in fun, non-academic activities after class. Job Purpose:
Organize classroom activities and impart engaging subject matter to students at Blueprint’s designated locations (see specific course offerings and program locations).

Essential Duties:
- Provide differentiated learning for students of all grade and ability levels, 8-12
- Teach Blueprint’s course curriculum while providing a fun, comfortable and personal classroom environment that helps students prepare for college
- Provide high school students with appropriate support, knowledge and encouragement to reach future goals
- Plan and execute all day-to-day class functions while providing engaging and rigorous lessons
- Maintain a positive, professional on-campus presence at all times
- Assist in supervising non-academic activities and providing general program/office administrative support.
- Assist in supervising all on-campus and off-campus activities, including student special events and road trips.
