The History Department at the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy is seeking an instructor to teach university level surveys and seminars in our History team to talented high school students. The selected candidate will be responsible for curriculum delivery as well as ongoing development and revision of existing classes. Candidates for the position should have at least a Master’s Degree in History, the Social Sciences or a related field (PhD preferred). Specializations in any STEM-related topic preferred. The successful candidate must be able to teach courses in either American History and/or World in the 20th Century.
