Manville School, since opening in 1957, has continuously been recognized as a leader of special needs day schools in the Boston area. Manville provides educational services for up to 115 students from kindergarten through 10th grade and has approximately 100 educational, clinical and counseling staff members. As a therapeutic day school, Manville provides innovative educational programming and comprehensive, evidence-based clinical services, which combined, enable students with challenging needs to experience academic success, social development, and emotional growth. SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER:
Manville School, a highly successful and reputable educational program, is seeking Special Education Teachers. You will be leading a three-person multidisciplinary classroom team with an assistant teacher and behavioral counselor. Plan and implement curriculum, write IEP’s and quarterly reports, direct the classroom management and organization as well as mentor the assistant teacher. Participate in specialized trainings and on-going professional meetings. Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team environment and engage in professional development opportunities that will enrich your knowledge.
