REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have a thorough knowledge of principles and practices and possess a high level of technical expertise in all phases of public personnel administration. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing all human resources programs for the District, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, training and development, benefits administration, and affirmative action. Deep content knowledge of the diversity, equity, and inclusiveness research base and best practices for organizations striving to become more diverse, equitable, and inclusive.
- Current NYS School District Leader (SDL)
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field and four (4) years of experience in personnel administration or labor relations; OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field and five (5) years of experience as outlined above.
