Help provide world-class schooling to students in need when we open our $25 million school campus in the fall of 2022. The Greater Dayton School will be Ohio’s first non-religious private PreK-8th grade school exclusively for students from under-resourced backgrounds. 

And we need to hire our founding team of teachers to consult with us in the 2021-2022 school year and join us full-time in the summer of 2022.

Resources for Students and Teachers:  We are laser focused on eliminating the opportunity gap. We’re providing $30,000 scholarships per student annually, more than triple what most schools spend, offering services and programs found in high-end public and private schools.

Reduced Student-to-Teacher Ratio:  10:1 ratio. 2 teachers per class of a class size of 20. We give kids the attention they deserve.

Zero Bureaucracy: We’re a private school. We don’t have the bureaucratic red tape most teachers are bound to in a public school system.

First-in-Class School Campus:  We will have a state-of-the-art facility, built from the ground up with architects and educators sitting together and dreaming up the perfect school for kids. 

Compensation and Benefits:  Our workday is longer than an average school day, and we will compensate folks with a top-tier salary and unbelievable perks. Base salaries begin at $62,000 and up based on experience, a significant premium to traditional schools.
