Tutors on Wheels is an educational agency that offers a comprehensive plan of after school tutoring programs. Our prgram provides instructional services in the areas of reading, writing,mathematics and English as a Second Language.We specialize in providing special educaton teachers to hundreds of children per year. Our teachers work closely with school staff to align the program with school, district goals and  educational standards.
