Washington Elementary School District (WESD) is comprised of 32 schools located in north central Phoenix and east Glendale. The District is well-known for having a remarkable support system for teachers, professional development opportunities, and a wonderful Three-year Teacher Induction Program.  The district provides many coaching, summer school, and other after-school employment opportunities. Full-day Kindergarten, Art, Music, PE and Gifted Services are offered at all schools. We are proud to serve a diverse student population. We provide Title I services to 29 schools.
