Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District serves approximately 12,500 students in Kindergarten through Twelfth Grade in 8 elementary schools, 2 K-8 schools, 3 middle schools, 2 comprehensive high schools, and 2 alternative schools. Our mission is for each student to graduate with the skills needed to contribute and thrive in a changing world. Livermore is part of Alameda County, located on the eastern edge of the San Francisco Bay Area, with a population of approximately 87,000 residents.
