Milwaukee Math and Science Academy is a public charter school located in the Sherman Park neighborhood, serving approximately 250 students from grades K4 through 8. The school emphasizes a personalized learning environment, facilitated by capped class sizes that allow for strong student-teacher relationships and focused academic growth.

The academy prioritizes a robust academic foundation, particularly in reading, math, and STEM. Significant gains in reading achievement have been observed since the implementation of the "Success For All" reading curriculum in the 2021-2022 school year. For STEM education, students in grades 3-8 engage in hands-on labs and experiments using Stemscope kits and online resources. A cohesive math learning continuum is ensured through the use of Eureka Math for all grades, fostering conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
