iCan Shine is an international charitable nonprofit organization. We collaborate with local organizations and individuals, our program ‘hosts’, to conduct approximately 100 five-day ‘iCan Bike’ programs in 35 States and Canada serving nearly 3,000 people with disabilities each year.Our work environment includes:
- 100% travel whereby you and a colleague partner to conduct 5-day bike camps each week in a different city/state during the summer months (you will be flown or driven from city to city each week while staying in local hotels during weeks of camp)
- Generous weekly salary, plus a $280 weekly per diem for food while travelling ($1,180 total)
- Casual work attire (sneakers, t-shirt and shorts)
- Flexible working hours (you select the summer weeks you would like to work anywhere between 3 and 10 weeks per summer)
