• Behavior Specialists, Therapists, and Mentors on staff 

• Each classroom staffed with paraprofessionals to support with instruction and classroom management 

• Curriculum experts on staff 

• Classroom technology with IT support 

• Scheduler on staff to coordinate all IEP meetings 

• Continued training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth 

We offer a generous compensation package including: 

• Competitive salary range of $45,000 - $75,000, depending on education and experience 

• Comprehensive healthcare benefits including medical (60% + covered by employer depending on plan) dental, and vision 

• Employer-paid life insurance 

• Optional 401K Plan following 12 months of employment with an employer match of $1.00 for $1.00 on the first 4% of employee contribution  

• PTO and Paid Sick Time 

• 187-189 working days (2023-2024 School Year= 34 weekdays off!) 

• Early release ½ days before Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer breaks!
