Founded in 1972, Farr Academy is a small (36 student) therapeutic day school located in Cambridge, MA. Our school serves adolescents (7th-12th grade) with a range of special needs, including emotional and social, learning disabilities, and ADHD. We are a team-oriented school that emphasizes enhancing student academic performance, while also teaching students how to successfully manage the emotional issues and learning challenges they face through our Non Punitive, Non Judgmental Problem Solving approach. Although we serve students in the 7th and 8th grades, the current majority of students are in grades 9-12. For more information about our school, visit www.farracademy.org.
