We Prepare Young Children and Parents for Success
Our early childhood education programs promote social and emotional development and early learning among young children and families to foster success in life. We help parents prepare for the challenges of parenting to ensure that children are well cared for, nurtured and experience a future of promise and opportunity.

EARLY LEARNING PROGRAMS
We prepare children for school, providing Head Start and
Early Head Start for children from birth to age 5 for
families meeting federal poverty guidelines.

Our Programs Offer:
- Primary classroom instructors are state licensed.
- Staff are bilingual, bicultural and have Illinois state endorsements in bilingual education and/or ESL for young children with training on trauma- informed staff practices.
- Credentialed home visiting program staff inform parents about child development and developmentally appropriate ways to stimulate social, intellectual, language and physical development.
- Comprehensive care in the areas of physical and dental health, mental health, nutrition, education and parent involvement.
- Wrap-around services to families including; legal aid, financial assistance, mental health, domestic violence, and adult education, which includes Parenting Fundamentals, a research based parenting curriculum.

• Acquire skills that promote the healthy growth and development of children
• Build strong attachments and nurturing relationships with newborn infants
