Since its founding in 2016, TWM has built partnerships with more than 30 schools and districts in Holyoke and Springfield, MA. Now a recognized leader in developing and supporting great teachers in the schools that need them most.

TWM offers two programs aimed at bringing quantity, quality, and diversity to the Educational Workforce in Western Massachusetts.

A Residency Program, a one-year, accelerated training and licensure program approved by the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education  and a Certified Teacher program for new and experienced educators who will have a valid initial or professional license by June 2021.
