About Aspire: Aspire Public Schools operates a network of 40 high-performing, college preparatory charter schools serving 17,000 students in underserved communities across California and in Memphis, Tennessee. In an effort to reduce inequitable student outcomes and increase access in higher education, Aspire was founded in 1998 and is one of the nation’s largest open-enrollment public charter school systems, leading the charge in equitable pedagogy and restorative justice practices.
