Prescott College is a private, non-profit institution established in the early 1960s and accredited by the Higher Learning Commission.  Prescott College is licensed by the Arizona State Board for Private Postsecondary Education, approved by the Arizona Department of Education and Arizona State Board of Education.  Prescott College is approved to offer online programs to students living in other states through the Arizona Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement.
