The Mountain Valley Special Education JPA represents a collaboration between 13 Shasta County school districts to provide high quality special education services and programs for students with special needs. The goal of the MV JPA is to attract the best in the field in order to build high quality teams of special educators and related service providers who will serve our districts. 

The Mountain Valley Special Education JPA is dedicated to providing high quality and individualized special education services and programs to students with exceptional needs from age 3 to 8th grade. We work closely with families and school districts through the IEP process to make data driven and evidenced based decisions and offer a variety of programs and services throughout Shasta County.
