Newton County School System is a public Pre-K through 12 school system located in Covington, Georgia. Our district is comprised of 13 - elementary, 5-middle; 3-high; 1 K-8 Theme School; 1-alternative program and 1- College and Career Academy. We serve more than 19,000 students and employ more than 2,000 certified staff. We are looking for motivated and talented individuals who are interested in not only being a part of awesome school system but a great community as well. Our superintendent was recently named the State Superintendent of the Year and is a finalist for the National Superintendent of the Year.
