Healthy Start Academy is a K-8 grade public charter school located in the historic West End community in Durham, North Carolina.  As one of NC's first charter schools to open its doors, Healthy Start Academy for more than 20 years has prepared students with academic skills and character traits to succeed in college-track public and private high schools.
