~Parallel is hiring Licensed Teachers and Substitute Teachers for vacancies with our partner schools in Chicago for the 2017-2018 school year. Parallel recruits and hires graduates of ALL MAJORS for placement as Substitute Teachers, aides, and assistants in our partnering schools.

No experience necessary.

Education Majors: Substitute to Hire and Direct Hire Opportunities in the field of teaching and assistant teaching, K-12, All Subjects, All Grades.

All Other Majors: Substitute Teaching and Substitute to Hire is open to all majors of study. Substitute teaching can provide a college graduate, masters students and professionals displaced or returning to the work force meaningful and rewarding work on a short term or long term basis with permanent hire with our partner schools for teacher aides and support personnel.

An Illinois Teacher/Substitute Teaching License or a Bachelors degree or higher is required. If you need assistance obtaining the license and/or documents necessary to get your license, Parallel is available to help.
